This information may not be available for some music channels , news channels or when there is no song playiing
This condition is normal , there is nothing wrong with your receiver

You cannot receive any XM channels
Your XM receiver is not activated . Contact XM

No signal appears on display
The XM signal is blocked. This message may appear when driving inside a tunnel or under obstacles.
Move vehicle from obstructed area

CHK antenna appears in the display.
The XM antenna is not connected
Check the XM antenna connection, make sure the antenna has a clear view to the sky

With the XMD1000 tuner module being discontinued, are there any other adapters available?
Yes, The CNP2000UC tuner module and CNPJEN1 adapter cable will work but will need to be programmed
Select the CD3720XM from the JENSEN selection menu of radios for operation with OEM radios Refer to the CNP2000UC manual for any programming questions
